This is a terrific book to use to begin teaching your your child about perspective (positive/negative). The book flows with an easy tempo and an overall feel of lightheartedness. The author's writing is rather "quiet" yet carries a strong message, albeit not a preachy or polemic one.
Give your child the very best Christmas gift!
How can little Ruthy surprise her family with Christmas gifts as grownups do?
Being only five-years-old, she cannot drive a car or go shopping alone…
Little Ruthy has no idea how to deal with buying Christmas gifts by herself, until Santa Claus pays her a visit and leaves her a box filled with very strange gifts…
What’s in the box?
