Dane volunteers at a local homeless shelter. One of the regulars, Jingle Mary, gives him a bell that she insists is magical, and makes Dane promise to wait up on Christmas Eve to welcome Santa Claus home after a long night of hard work. Dane is skeptical, but when he keeps his promise and the bell starts to change his body, he finds that Christmas can be very merry indeed.
